Slow Cooker Caramel Rice Pudding

Ingredients
3 cups cooked white rice
1/2 cup raisins
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon.
Directions
Prepare inside of 2 - 3-1/2-qt. slow cooker with cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients except sugar and cinnamon in cooker. Cover and
cook on Low setting 3 - 4 hours, or until liquid is absorbed. Stir
pudding before serving. Sprinkle pudding with sugar and cinnamon.
Serve warm.
Makes 8 servings.
